How Voyade works
Six steps, in the order they actually happen: find a finished trip, make it yours, decide together, split the booking, travel with it live, and keep it.
-
Phase 0 · Dream
Start from a trip somebody finished
The front page is not a search box. It is a feed of complete trips — seventeen days somebody actually took, with the route they drove and the cost they actually paid. Browse the whole thing without an account.

Phase 0 · Dream
Make it yours
One tap clones the trip into a draft and rewrites it for your dates, your group size, your budget, your home airport and your pace. It re-anchors the days, swaps what is shut in November, recalculates the estimates, and flags what it could not check. Sixty seconds from the feed to your version.
-
Phase 1 · Plan
Decide together, in thirty seconds each
Everyone throws links, cravings and half-ideas into the Idea Pool, then votes Must, Want, Fine or Skip. Disagreement surfaces instead of hiding — "3 must, 2 skip — talk about this one" — and then the AI stitches the winners into a real day-by-day plan and explains every trade-off it made.

Phase 2 · Book
Split the booking, kill the martyr
The plan turns itself into a task list. Anyone can claim a task; every deadline carries the reason it exists. Forward the confirmation email and the estimate becomes an actual, with the variance shown next to it.

Phase 3 · Travel
The trip goes live
On departure day the plan becomes Today: what's next, when to leave, the ticket one tap away and cached for no signal. Rain in Killarney is a normal event, not a crisis — ask for a different afternoon and get one.

Phase 4 · Remember
Keep it, and pass it on
Within two days of getting home the trip assembles itself into a story: the route drawn on the map, the photos on the right days, planned against actual. Publish it and it becomes the trip somebody else steps into.

Four things that never happen
- The AI never applies anything by itself.
- Every model output lands as a proposal with a written rationale per change. You accept or reject it. If a person edited the same thing meanwhile, the person wins and the AI's version is marked stale.
- The AI never books and never pays.
- It cannot hold a card or complete a transaction. Booking is always a human clicking through to the airline, hotel or operator, and the contract is with them.
- Your money never passes through us.
- Settle-up nets the group down to the fewest transfers and then deep-links into your own banking app. No wallets, no deposits, no processing. Mark-as-settled is your group's record, not our confirmation.
- Your budget ceiling is never shown to anyone.
- Not to the group, not to the organiser. It derives one signal — whether the plan still fits everyone — and the group sees only that, with no number and no name attached.
