Group travel, planned properly

The group trip that actually happens.

Voyade holds the whole life of a trip in one place — the ideas, the votes, the day-by-day plan, the booking work, the money, the live map, and the story you keep afterwards. Everyone is in it. Nobody has to be the martyr.

Browsing needs no account. Planning a whole trip together needs no payment — free is the product, not a trial.

A group chat is not a plan.

Five people, one thread, four hundred messages. Somebody sent the good link on a Tuesday and nobody can find it. Two people have quietly decided they cannot afford it and have not said so. There is no version of the plan anyone can point at, so there is nothing to agree to — and the trip dies of enthusiasm running out.

Figures from Talker Research, July 2026, and Kayak's own group-travel research. We did not make them up and we are not going to dress them up.

Three things replace the thread.

The Idea Pool

Throw anything in.

Links, cravings, half-ideas, a screenshot of someone's story. Paste it and it comes back as a real thing with a place, a photo and a price. Nothing is committed to the plan until the group says so.

Voting

Thirty seconds, and you have shaped the trip.

Must, Want, Fine or Skip. One tap on a phone, on the bus, without reading anything. Disagreement is not hidden — it is surfaced, named and put in front of the group while it is still cheap to fix.

The AI draft

It drafts. You decide.

Votes, constraints, dates and geography go in; a real day-by-day plan comes out, with the trade-offs explained. Every change arrives as a proposal you accept or reject. If somebody edited the same thing while the model was thinking, the human edit wins.

It is three hours off-route and only two people voted Want. It fits on day 11 if you add a night in Cork.

Review the proposal

One trip, five phases, nothing dropped between them.

Phases are a lens, not a cage — you can book things while you are still arguing about dates, and add an idea in the middle of the trip. The product foregrounds where you are and keeps everything else reachable.

Nearby · no account needed

You've got three hours. What's actually worth doing?

Every other app shows you what is close. Nearby shows you what is reachable in the time you actually have — with the journey back already subtracted, and the real road and timetable graph underneath. Three hours by car reaches 38 km here. Glencoe makes it. Skye doesn't.

How we make money, before you ask.

Commission on some bookings, and an optional €5.99 subscription. No advertising, no data sale, no sponsored slots. When the best answer earns us nothing — the free clifftop walk, the session pub, the excess insurance you should not buy at the rental desk — we say it anyway.

We may earn a commission on some links. It never affects what we show or the order we show it in.

What we won't do

  • Sell a placement in a suggestion, ever.
  • Hold or move your money — settle-up works out who owes whom and links you out.
  • Paywall the thing your group needs to plan a trip together.
  • Run advertising, or sell what we know about your trip to anyone.

Start from a finished trip, or from nothing at all.

Clone a trip somebody took and let it rewrite itself for your dates and your group, or open an empty one and describe where you fancy going.
