Premium terms
Draft for legal review — not yet in force. These terms apply on top of the Terms of use.
Last updated 28 July 2026.
The short version
- €5.99 a month, or €39 a year. Cancel any time, in one tap, in Settings.
- Free is the whole product. A group can plan and take an entire trip, together, for ever, without anyone paying. Premium is personal power, not a gate.
- 14 days to change your mind, full refund, no questions. We do not ask you to sign the right away.
- Nobody in your group needs it. One person subscribing does not upgrade anyone else’s account, and nobody’s contribution is blocked because they did not.
- If we raise the price, you get 30 days’ notice and it only applies at your next renewal.
1. What stays free, permanently
Not a trial. Not a teaser. The free tier is the product:
Unlimited trips. Unlimited people on a trip. The Idea Pool, link parsing and the
suggestion engine. Voting and polls. Five AI drafts a month. The full timeline and
map. The Booking Board, with every booking option and every partner. Forwarding a
confirmation to [email protected] and having it parsed into the right task. The living
budget, estimates to actuals, per-person, per-day, per-category. Expenses, settle-up
and the deep links out to your own banking app. Travel mode: Today, the live map,
location sharing, the logistics guardian, and the current day cached for no signal. The
shared album and trip notes. The trip recap page and its share link. Exporting
everything you have. Publishing as a template and earning as a creator.
Free stays free. We are not going to move the collaboration features behind the paywall later — paywalling a group product strangles the group, and it would strangle our own funnel too. The line between free and paid may move; the principle that the free tier is genuinely great does not.
2. What Premium adds
Five things, and this is the whole list. Each one is a switch in the product with a name, so there is no gap between what this page says and what your account gets.
| Unlimited AI | Unlimited re-drafts, unlimited adaptation, unlimited concierge. Free accounts get five AI drafts a month; Premium removes the cap. |
| The whole trip offline | Free caches the day you are on. Premium downloads the entire trip — every day, every route, every ticket, maps included — before you leave signal. |
| The recap as a video, in 4K | Free gives you the recap page and its share link. Premium renders the same trip as a video. |
| Photos kept at full resolution | On a free account we keep your original files for one year and then keep a high-quality display version. On Premium the originals stay for as long as your account does. |
| Priority support | Your email goes to the front. |
Two things that used to sit on this list are not on it, because they are not switches
and never were: forwarding a booking confirmation to [email protected] works on
every account, free included, and so does exporting your data. We are not going to
charge for either.
We may add to this list, and new things arrive switched on. If we ever remove something you are paying for, §8 says what happens.
3. Price, billing and VAT
| Monthly | €5.99 per month, billed monthly. |
| Yearly | €39 per year, billed yearly — about five and a half months free. |
| VAT | The price shown is what you pay, including VAT at the rate for your country. Your invoice breaks it out. |
| When | On the day you subscribe, and on the same day each month or year after. If the date does not exist that month, we bill on the last day of it. |
| How | Card, through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. |
| Invoices | In Settings → Billing, downloadable, for every payment. |
| Currency | Euro. Your bank may convert and charge for it; that is between you and your bank. |
If a payment fails, we retry for up to 14 days and email you. Premium keeps working during that window. If it still fails, the subscription ends and your account drops to free — nothing is deleted, and nothing is held hostage. Your trips, photos, budget and exports are all still there.
4. What one subscription does — and does not — do for your group
A subscription upgrades exactly one account: yours.
Nobody else in your trip becomes Premium. Nobody else’s AI allowance changes. Nobody is blocked from contributing, voting, booking, adding expenses or seeing anything because they are on the free tier. That is deliberate: a group product where one person’s card decides what everyone else can do is a hostage situation, not a feature.
Exactly two things travel with the trip, because the trip is shared.
- The whole-trip offline pack. If you are on a trip with a subscriber, you can download the whole trip too, not just the day you are on.
- The 4K recap video. The recap belongs to the trip, so everyone on that trip can watch and download it.
Nothing else is inherited. Not your unlimited AI, not your photo retention, not priority support — those stay on your account and nowhere else. The two above last for as long as that trip is around, and they end with it; nobody else’s account is upgraded at any point, and nobody has to know who paid.
This is a deliberate line rather than an accident, and it is drawn where it is because those two are properties of a trip and the other three are properties of a person.
5. Cancelling
One tap, in Settings → Billing → Cancel.
- No retention flow. No “are you sure” three times. No offer you have to decline. No email us to cancel, no phone call, no chat.
- You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Then your account becomes free. Nothing is deleted. Every trip, every photo, every export stays.
- Your photo originals continue under the free rule from that point — one year from upload. If some are already older than that, we will tell you before we downsize anything and give you time to export.
- You can come back whenever. Nothing is lost in between.
Cancelling part-way through a month or a year does not refund the rest of it — except in the first 14 days, which is next.
6. Your 14-day right to change your mind
You have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because Premium works the moment you buy it, some companies ask you to sign that right away at checkout, or keep a slice of the money for the days you used.
We do neither.
- We do not ask you to waive your withdrawal right. You keep it, in full.
- Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. No pro-rata deduction for the days you used, no reason required, no form to fill in.
- The refund goes back to your card within 14 days, usually much faster.
- How: cancel in Settings and choose “refund me”, or email [email protected] and say you are withdrawing. Either works. You can use the model withdrawal form from EU law if you like; you do not have to.
- The same applies to the annual plan: 14 days from the day you bought it, full refund.
After the 14 days:
- Monthly: cancel any time; you keep it to the end of the month you paid for; no partial refund.
- Annual: cancel any time; you keep it to the end of the year you paid for; no partial refund, unless §8 applies.
On a renewal. The 14-day right applies to a new contract, not to an automatic renewal of one you already had. But if you renewed by accident — you meant to cancel and did not get round to it — email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. We would rather do that than keep money from someone who did not want to spend it.
Anything faulty. If Premium does not do what this page says, the withdrawal period is irrelevant. You have rights under EU law about digital content and services that do not conform to what was described, and those come with a repair, a price reduction or a refund. Write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.
7. Fair use
“Unlimited AI” means unlimited in the way a person plans trips: as many re-drafts, adaptations and concierge questions as you actually want, on as many trips as you actually take.
It does not mean an unmetered model endpoint. If usage looks automated, resold, or like a script rather than a person, we will get in touch and talk to you before we do anything. We will not silently throttle you, and we will not cut you off without an email first.
8. If the price changes, or the features do
Price rises. At least 30 days’ notice, by email and in the app, with the new price stated plainly. It applies at your next renewal, never mid-period. If you do not want it, cancel before then and you pay nothing more.
Price experiments. We test prices. Different people, at different times, may be offered a different monthly price or a different annual discount while we work out what this is worth. We are telling you because you would be entitled to be annoyed to discover it any other way.
Two commitments about that:
- Your price is locked when you subscribe. It does not move because a test concluded. It only ever changes with 30 days’ notice, as above.
- The price is not personalised to you as an individual. It is not calculated from your browsing, your device, your location or what we think you can afford.
Under review. Counsel is checking this section against the EU rules on disclosing personalised pricing. If the answer is that our testing needs a different disclosure, this section changes before launch.
Feature removals. If we take away something material that you are paying for, we will tell you 30 days ahead, and you can cancel with a pro-rata refund of the unused part of your term. That is the case where an annual plan does get money back.
Feature additions just appear.
9. Creators
If you are a creator, Premium is unrelated to your earnings. Subscribing does not change your split, your ranking, or your payouts, and not subscribing does not either. See Creator terms.
10. Everything else
The Terms of use covers the rest — your account, liability, governing law, and where a dispute goes. The privacy policy §3.8 covers what we hold about your subscription, and Who processes your data §4 covers Stripe.
Questions about billing: [email protected]. A person answers.
Change log
| Date | What changed |
|---|---|
| 2026-07-28 | First draft. Not yet in force. Launch pricing €5.99/month, €39/year. §2 cut to the five entitlements the product actually switches on, and two things that were listed as Premium — forwarding a booking confirmation, and data export — restated as free for everyone, because they are. §4’s open question resolved against the built entitlements: exactly two things are inherited by a subscriber’s trip-mates, the whole-trip offline pack and the 4K recap video, and nothing else. |
